Checks if a variable's base type is numeric.

| Success: | Returns 1. |
| Failure: | Returns 0 if expression is not numeric type. |
Remarks
Variants can be of two base types: Strings and Numbers. Additionally, a number can be whole (integer) or fractional/floating-point.
