Falls die Breite der ListBox kleiner ist als $iWidth scrollt die horizontale Scrollbar die Items in der ListBox.
Falls die Breite der ListBox gleich öder größer als $iWidth ist, wird die horizontale Scrollbar versteckt oder falls die ComboBox den Stil $CBS_DISABLENOSCROLL hat deaktiviert
