Sehr unkonkrete Fragestellung.
Was verstehst du darunter einen Zeilenumbruch auf die ganze Tabelle anmzuwenden? Wie würdest du das per Hand machen? Ich habe gerade nicht die geringste Vorstellung, was du meinst.

water: Deine Antworten zu Excel sind echt immer klasse. Gibt es irgendwo eine Übersicht, wo all dies aufgelistet ist? Ich würde von mir aus nicht auf UsedRange.WrapText kommen - wenn ich es dann lese ist es natürlich sonnenklar.

Der kürzeste Weg:
Mach es per Hand und zeichne die Aktion als Makro auf. Dann den VBA-Editor öffnen und das Makro ansehen. Im Objektkatalog des Editors findest du dann auch die Werte von verwendeten Konstanten, verfügbare Properties und Methoden. Mit diesen Angaben fällt es dann leichter unter "VBA + Begriff" zu googeln.
Und viel zum Lesen findest du dann bei MSDN (z.B. hier).

ich würde eine solche Sammlung auch sehr gut finden!
Ich verwende auch den Weg über die Aufzeichnung eines VBA Makros. Allerdings verwenden die VBA Makros immer andere Ausgangsjobakte als das neue Excel UDF verwendet. Das mach es für einen ungeübten schon etwas schwieriger die richtigen Objekte zu finden.

Aber in dieser Übersicht würde ich kein "WrapText" finden. Da muß man dann entweder viel wissen oder viiieeeeeellll klicken und lesen und das ist schwierig, wenn man gar nicht weiß, nach was man eigentlich sucht (in diesem Fall nach "WrapText")
Die Excel macro Aufzeichnung geht immer von einer "Selection" aus, also den durch den Benutzer selektierten Zellen.
Die UDF verwendet stattdessen einen "Range". Ist eigentlich dasselbe, nur dass es das GUI nicht benötigt und die Benutzer-Interaktion nicht stört.
Der meiner Meinung nach einfachste Weg: Learning by doing. Probiert und fragt
