Du musst abspeichern Spalte mit Bild unter Name für Bild in jede Zeile auf Festplatte.
Nein, im Ernst: Wie wäre es, wenn Du mal so eine Beispiel-Tabelle postest? Mit Deiner Beschreibung da oben wird Dir kaum jemand weiterhelfen können.

Hier ist ein Bild.
Durchlaufe in einer Schleife die Zusammenstellung aller Bilder (Shapes Collection). Für jedes Bild (Shape) zeigt die TopleftCell Eigenschaft die Position im Excel-Raster an. Mit der Offset-Property kannst Du einen neuen Range erzeugen der eine Spalte nach rechts verschoben ist (Spalte B). Den Namen liest Du dann mit _Excel_RangeRead aus.
Nun hast Du alle notwendigen Informationen: Das Bild-Objekt sowie den Namen dazu.
Excel hat leider keine SaveAsPicture Methode. Einzig die CopyPicture Methode des Shape Objekts fällt mir ein. Dann hast Du das Bild aber nur in der Zwischenablage.
Aber sicher gibt's dafür auch eine Funktion irgendwo im deutschen oder engl. Forum.
