Also HTML Dateien kannste am besten mit dem Seamonkex Composer erstellen ( musste gei google googleln und dann downloaden ) und mit kompilieren geht das auch rigendwie ( aber mit nem anderen Tool ).

Mit BookME4 kann man einfach und schnell Windows-Hilfe-Dateien erstellen (habe ich selbst schon benutzt).

Und ich habe einen anderen Vorschlag zur Güte:
Wie inzwischen bei vielen Programmen lege ich Hilfedateien gerne ins Internet - sprich ich verlinke die Hilfe im Programm auf eine externe Webseite.
So kann man diese immer aktuell halten ohne das gleich jeder ein Update brauch. Ja, es geht dann Offline garnichts ... aber wann war ich das letzte mal Offline?
Mit einfachen "Content" Programmen lässt sich das leicht pflegen (Du pflegst die Seiten im Webbrowser ohne Zusatzprogramme).
Dann wären wir zwar bei einem anderen Problem - wie und wo mache ich denn das ... aber sollte ja auch nur ein Denkanstoß sein.
