ich habe auf einer Form nur ein Edit-Control.

Wie kann ich die Größe des Edit-Controls ermitteln?
GUICtrlSetPos - damit kann ich die Werte setzen:
left Die linke Kante des Controls.
top [optional] Die Oberkante des Controls.
width [optional] Die Breite des Controls.
height [optional] Die Höhe des Controls.
Aber wie kann ich abfragen?
GUICtrlGetPos - oder was vergleichbares fand ich nicht.
Wie ermittelt man die obigen 4 Daten für ein Control?

Gehen wir davon aus, das Problem (A) gelöst wäre.
Nun möchte ich ein Notepad-Fenster offen haben, welches halb so groß ist wie das edit-control.
Das Notepad-Fenster wird über das edit-control in der unteren Hälfte des edit-controls gelegt.
Das kann ich bestimmt lösen, wenn ich die Position und die Maße des edit-Controls weiß.
Wie kann ich jedoch, wenn das AutoIt-Fenster edit-control bewegt wird, dafür sorgen, dass das Notepad-Fenster (ohne zu flackern oder sonstiges) stets mit bewegt wird?
Letztendlich geht es mir grundlegend darum, dass ich ein Fenster (wie zum Beispiel Notepad) über eine AutoIt-Anwendung oder an eine AutoIt-Anwendung lege und so wie ich die AutoIt-Anwendung bewege, bewegt sich das andere Fenster mit. Es klebt sozusagen da drüber oder da dran.
